Abstract

The article examines condition and development of BIH comics which first appeared in 15th century the same as in other European countries, but due to historical circumstances it developed very slowly. Only at the end of 19th century, domestic authors of comics began to gather in various BIH cities Tuzla, Lukavac, Zenica, Banjaluka and Sarajevo with a mission to create BIH comics.
