Reconstruction of Library Community in BiH

Abstract

A foundation of library-information system (LIS) of each country is a library-information community represented by people, content and technology. Reconstruction of the library-information community is a priority in building process of a modern LIS in Bosnia and Herzegovina. National centers of LIS such as the NUL BIH are responsible for this activity, whereas creators and executors of reconstruction procedures are services for development of library function (registry offices). A special emphasis is given to present condition and to perspectives of the community's further development.
