National and University Library BIH Serving Science and Education: Free Access to Information

Abstract

National and University Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina supports Guidelines of the Council of Europe and tends to provide a possibility of browsing and using all relevant electronic data bases for BIH citizens. This is achieved with the support of the Council for Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of FBIH and the Ministry of Education and Science of Sarajevo Canton which are financing the Project for improvement of scientific infrastructure in Sarajevo Canton, and also subscriptions to electronic scientific journals, data bases SCI and CC, EIC BIH – EBSCO, reactivation of COBISS, Registry of Scientific Infrastructure, etc.
