The Influence of Ideology on Society Development: Including Library-Information Environment

Abstract

According to the latest researches, ideology is defined as a system of ideas, views, conceptions, sensations and beliefs in the goals of social and humans' development and also, as an instrument and way of attaining these objectives embodied in valuable orientations, convictions, acts of will and encouragements (a man or the men) in their real aspirations and set the goals for themselves.

Culture has an important role in ideological action with all its pluralism of the types, forms, styles and functions. Its importance for a human being is really great, because there is nobody who isn't greatly or smaller included in cultural sphere.

The whole 2012 year was recognized by the ideological influence of some people in power to the National and University Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina' working and cultural politics in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Owing very often, such an ignorant relationship of the authorities towards this institution (and the other cultural institutions of high importance for B&H), continues in the current year, 2013.
