Abstract

The article presents previous efforts and donations for reconstruction of Town Hall building which was destroyed in 1992 by Serb nationalists because it was the seat of the National and University Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina (NULBIH). None of the projects for reconstruction of Town Hall do not treat the issue of location or relocation of NULBIH, thus making its status and existence questionable.
