Abstract

National and University Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina (NULBIH) performs its university function according to existing legislation. NULBIH strives to adapt its organizational structure to the needs and development of modern NULBIH academic community. This requires considerable expenses despite of the irregular, insufficient and unreliable cash income. In order to support knowledge and formal and continuing education, NULBIH established Center for Continuing Education of BIH Librarians at international level, through which it supports the implementation of the Bologna Process on universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
