Insuring the Quality of Library Information Center of the the Faculty of Economy in Sarajevo

Abstract

The article presents the most interesting phases of the Library Information Center (LIC) that it has gone through while monitoring scientific and research activity and teaching at the Faculty, with special reference to interest and effort invested in adequate support and harmonization of the implementation process of the Bologna Process and in acquiring accreditation. Thus, LIC has become equal partner in insuring quality at the Faculty.
One of the primary aims is insuring the quality. Modern concept of management implies construction and implementation of internal system of library organization. This includes organization of business system that treats the quality in all aspects of business activity. Our attention is to show application of this concept in the example of Library Information Center of the Faculty of Economy in Sarajevo.
