The Prospects of NUL BIH Restoration

Abstract

This composition is a sort of a discussion on the dilemma whether the building of the National and University Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina should be kept in its current function or its former function of the City Hall. The author suggests that the City Hall should be repaired and its initial town authority functions should be reestablished. A completely new object should be built for the National and university library of B&H, which implies a significant investment impossible in the current situation.
