Literary and Political Works of Jovan KršIć Between Two World Wars: Manuscripts

Abstract

The paper is part of the project “Consolidation of holdings on the political and literary works of Jovan Kršić between the two world wars” by the National and University Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina (NULB&H) successfully implemented and supported by the Federal Ministry of Education and Science. The project includes research of material on Dr Jovan Kršić that is stored in the NULB&H and the materials stored in the National Library of the Czech Republic. The aim of the study was to: introduce the figure and work of Dr Jovan Kršić, unify materials about Dr Jovan Kršić, promote and protect the Dr Jovan Kršić Archive in Special Collections of the NULB&H and allow public access to Dr Jovan Kršić Archive of the Special Collections of the NULB&H.

The result of this project is the publication “Literary and political works of Jovan Kršić between two world wars: manuscripts”

Due to the size and diversity of Kršić’s Archive in the NUL, it was only possible to represent one part of it, and for this time we decided for it to be manuscripts. We hope that we will have the opportunity to disclose the other forms and contents of documents from Kršić’s Archive, which would contribute to a comprehensive presentation of this remarkable Bosnian personality to general public.
