Abstract

This paper is about a need for promoting of new library legislative, because that currently legislative isn’t obeyded and it’s unactual, demanded adjustment of international documents as incorporation of the best applyed solution from practical implementation of the countries in surroundings, considering the specificity of our society and everything with the aim of appriciating of library-information services with specific interest on the state level which is a foundation of civilised society based on knowledge which is aspired by European Union. In view of that ‘s very important and demanding process, only the main guidelines are denoted in this paper which must be considered during the drafting of mentioned legislation and enacting it.
