Abstract

According to the importance of individual cultural rights as well as the whole society rights, in this paper more important international documents which deal with these rights are mentioned. Cultural rights classified as so called II generation rights and common feature for all these international documents is that cultural rights are constituent parts of human rights which are universal, inseparable and interdependent, because: “… human dignity asks for dissemination of culture and education with a purpose of justice, liberty and peace”.
